01 / Before sale

Know your customer.

Company background, credit score and suggested credit limit support decisions on whom to sell to and on what terms.

02 / During cooperation

Notice changes.

Monitoring the customer base and receivables highlights changes in risk before a debt grows.

03 / Payment is late

Call early.

We recommend calling no later than seven days after the due date, and following up weekly where needed.

Kreedix experience with large debt portfolios

Overdue balances shrink.
Consistency sustains the result.

Initial contact can bring a quick change. A smaller, stable overdue portfolio needs regular work.

of the original portfolio may be resolved additionally.

  3. 03 / After roughly two months5–10%

Continuity matters. If regular credit management stops, the overdue portfolio may return to its former level within two to four months.

These figures reflect Kreedix's experience with large portfolios. Individual results depend on the age and composition of claims and the consistency of cooperation.

How we work

A regular rhythm.
Clear responsibility.

  1. Weekly overview.

You share your accounts receivable and overdue invoices so we can see whom to contact.

  2. First call within seven days.

We recommend contact no later than the seventh day after the due date and weekly follow-up where needed.

  3. Credit manager or AI voice agent.

Calls are made in a female voice by a credit manager or an AI voice agent. The agent clearly identifies itself as a robot calling as part of a payment-reminder service. Complex questions go to a manager.

  4. A clear report.

Calls clarify invoice numbers, amounts, dates and payment plans. Written reminders can follow. You see agreements and next steps in the report.

Why does an early call help?

A conversation reveals whether the invoice reached the right person, what prevents payment and when money might arrive. A specific agreement and weekly follow-up keep the invoice in view.

We handle routine calls and exact payment details so you can focus on sales and growth.

Good to know

Before
you start.

We will agree a workflow suited to your customers and invoices.

Who benefits from credit management?
Businesses that sell on credit and want to manage customers, overdue invoices and payments regularly.
Is one portfolio review enough?
One review may reduce overdue balances quickly. A stable level takes regular work, typically about two months in Kreedix's experience with large portfolios. If work stops, balances may return within two to four months.
What do you need to start?
Start with your accounts receivable and overdue invoices. We will agree what contacts, documents and data exchange are needed.
Who calls my customers?
A female-voiced credit manager or AI voice agent. The agent identifies itself at the start of the call. A credit manager handles negotiations and individual solutions.
I have only one claim to resolve.
You can submit a single claim separately. See debt collection.
What if the invoice remains unpaid?
We assess the next step based on the claim. Further contact, a payment agreement or separate collection work may follow. Recovery depends on evidence and the debtor's ability to pay.
