Send the notice and claim details ↗First question
Check the official notice and its publication date before preparing documents. Different procedures have different deadlines.
After bankruptcy is declared, a claim normally must be submitted within two months of the first bankruptcy notice in Official Announcements.
Claims in bankruptcy ↗Review the recorded amount and security, then respond within the deadline in the notice.
Creditor rights ↗For a private or public limited company, report the claim and evidence within four months of the liquidation notice.
Claims in liquidation ↗Bankruptcy
If so, submit a claim to the trustee. If not, we first assess the claim, insolvency evidence and legal requirements for a creditor's petition.
State the basis, amount and any security. Attach contracts, invoices, payment records and other evidence. A claim is still needed even if you initiated the case or hold a judgment.
The usual two-month deadline starts with the first bankruptcy notice. Restoring a missed deadline requires a legally valid reason.
One unpaid invoice does not automatically establish permanent insolvency. One statutory ground involves a due obligation unpaid for at least 30 days, a written bankruptcy warning and another ten days without payment. Other grounds include unsuccessful enforcement. We assess evidence and cost risk before filing.
Petition price and state fee ↗Restructuring
Restructuring aims to keep the business operating while changing obligations under a plan. Check the amount and security shown in the list, and the deadline to notify the restructuring adviser of inaccuracies.
We check principal, ancillary claims and security, assess the effect of the plan and help prepare a position or vote. A restructuring plan does not mean the debt has been paid.
A creditor may submit a restructuring petition only with the company's written consent.
Price for a position ↗Liquidation
The liquidator must notify known creditors. For a private or public limited company, report the basis, amount and evidence within four months of publication. Keep proof of sending.
A known claim must be considered even if the creditor did not notify it on time, but early submission helps ensure the liquidator's records are correct. If assets cannot cover creditor claims, the liquidator must petition for bankruptcy.

We need the debtor's name and register code, the official notice, the amount and due date, contracts, invoices, payment history and information on any security or earlier proceedings.
Include the deadline stated in the notice. If it is close, flag this in your email subject.
