Make an eligible debt visible in company background information.

A payment default published in Inforegister brings an unpaid obligation to the attention of business partners reviewing a company. Publication can be combined with up-to-date information and a path towards payment.

What the service does

How can it help?

01

Visible in company background information

Business partners can see published company payment-default information on its profile without buying a paid report.

02

Contact continues after publication

Notifications, payment reminders and an AI assistant support communication and a possible payment agreement.

03

A signed agreement changes visibility

A default is not shown in our public view while a signed payment agreement is being fulfilled. Automated reminders support fulfilment.

Getting started

Start in Inforegister.

Find the debtor company, sign in and provide the claim details and supporting documents. Have invoices, agreements and details of payments already received ready.

Before publication

A visible default.
A path to resolution.

Visibility can encourage payment or a workable agreement. The claim and the legal basis for publication must be checked first.

Why publish in Inforegister?

A published default appears directly in company background information without requiring a paid report. Notifications, an AI assistant and payment agreements help move from information to resolution.

Who can see the default?

For a company, the published information is publicly visible on its Inforegister profile, including to potential suppliers, customers and lenders.

Does publication guarantee payment?

No. Visibility may affect business partners' decisions and motivate the debtor to pay or agree a schedule, but it cannot guarantee recovery.

What happens after a payment agreement?

A signed agreement removes the default from our public view while its terms are fulfilled.

Can I publish a claim handled by another collection firm?

Possibly, if you still own the claim and have the right to request publication. Check your existing agreement and keep payment information aligned. If the claim was sold, the new creditor must authorise publication.

Are publication and collection the same service?

No. Publication concerns visibility of company payment information. Collection includes pursuing the claim and communicating with the debtor.

What if the debt is paid?

Report the payment so the information and status can be updated under the publication rules.
