One claim or a portfolio

From one invoice to many debtors.

We start with business-to-business claims. A list and short overview are enough for an initial assessment; we agree how to transfer documents securely later.

01 / Single claim

Unpaid invoice

Compare selling one claim with collecting it yourself.

02 / Portfolio

Several debtors at once

We assess each claim separately and show its purchase percentage and price in the offer.

03 / Existing proceedings

Claim already in collection

Tell us if an agency, court or bailiff has handled it. This matters for valuation.

The sale process

Four steps to a clear decision.

Sending a claim for assessment does not sell it. A sale happens only after both parties agree on the price and assignment terms.

  1. 01

    Send an overview

For one claim: amount, due date and basis. For a portfolio: number, total amount and debtor types.

  2. 02

    We check the evidence

Contracts, invoices, delivery records, payments, disputes and previous proceedings.

  3. 03

    We make an offer

Each eligible claim has its own percentage of principal and purchase price. The portfolio offer totals those individual prices.

  4. 04

    We agree the assignment

The contract specifies transferred claims, payment, documents and how the debtor is notified.

Purchase price

How much do we pay?

Up to40%of principal

The cap applies both to a single claim and each claim in a portfolio. We itemise the percentage and price of every claim we offer to buy. The total portfolio price is their sum.

40% is a ceiling, not a guaranteed offer. Actual prices depend on the assessment, and we may not be able to buy every claim.

Ask for a price ↗

What affects the price?

  • Amount, age and payment history.
  • Contracts, invoices and supporting evidence.
  • Objections and payment agreements.
  • Debtor's ability to pay and insolvency or enforcement status.
  • Portfolio size, composition and data quality.

If purchase is unsuitable, we can discuss debt collection.

Getting started

First send the essential claim data.

Do not include more personal data in the first email than an initial assessment needs.

Useful information

  • Number of claims, total principal and each due date.
  • Debtor name or register code and debtor type.
  • Basis of each claim and partial payments.
  • Disputes, payment agreements and prior proceedings.

We agree the detailed document list and secure transfer method after an initial review.

Frequently asked questions

What to know before selling?

The main choice is whether to remain the creditor and collect, or assign the claim for an agreed purchase price.

How does selling differ from collection?

In collection you remain the creditor. In a sale, you assign the specified claim and receive the agreed purchase price; the buyer manages subsequent recovery.

Can I sell just one unpaid invoice?

Yes, if it is suitable. We may offer up to 40% of its principal, subject to analysis.

Does one percentage apply to the whole portfolio?

No. We value each claim separately. No individual offer exceeds 40% of that claim's principal.

Does the debtor need to consent?

Generally, a monetary claim can be assigned without the debtor's consent, but we check the claim and any assignment restrictions before a deal.

Can the debtor still object?

Yes. Assignment does not remove objections the debtor already had against the original creditor.

Can I sell a claim handled by another agency?

Possibly. We need details of the prior mandate, payments and proceedings before agreeing an assignment.

When is the purchase price paid?

The payment date is agreed in the purchase contract and depends on the transaction and document transfer.

Do you buy every claim?

No. After assessing evidence and risk, we may make an offer, ask for more information or recommend another solution.
